The 1988–89 Floodlit Cup was the 2nd edition of the Floodlit Cup, a cup competition in Northern Irish football.[1]

Glenavon won the tournament for the 1st time, defeating Linfield 6–1 in the final replay[2] after the original final ended in a 1–1 draw.[3][4]
