Gmina Tuczna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Tuczna, which lies approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) south-east of Biała Podlaska and 93 km (58 mi) north-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 170.37 square kilometres (65.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,507 (3,246 in 2014).
