Kelekçi (Kurdish: Kelkom) is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Dicle, Diyarbakır Province in Turkey.[1] It is populated by Kurds and had a population of 112 in 2022.[2][3]

In November 1992 and April 1993 the village was depopulated and destroyed by the Turkish authorities as the villagers did not want to be a part the Village Guards system.[4]
