Al-Qa'im bi-Amr Allah

Abu'l-Qasim Muhammad bin al-Mahdi (bahasa Arab: أبو القاسم محمد بن المهدي القائم بأمر الله; April 893 – 17 Mei 946), yang lebih dikenal dengan nama regnalnya al-Qa'im bi-Amr Allah atau bi-Amri 'llah (القائم بأمر الله, "Ia yang menjalankan perintah Allah"), adalah khalifah kedua dari Kekhalifahan Fatimiyah di Ifriqiya dan memerintah dari 934 sampai 946. Ia adalah Imam ke-12 menurut kepercayaan Isma'ili.
