Félix Ismael Rodríguez Mendigutia (lahir 31 Mei 1941) adalah seorang perwira Central Intelligence Agency, yang dikenal karena terlibat dalam Invasi Teluk Babi, eksekusi revolusioner Sayap Kiri Che Guevara dan kemudian berhubungan dengan George H.
