Abbé Fulbert Youlou (9 Juni,^[1] 17 Juni^[2] atai 9 Juli 1917^[3] – 6 Mei 1972) adalah seorang politikus, pemimpin nasionalis dan pendeta Katolik Roma Brazzaville-Kongo yang dilaisasikan, yang menjadi Presiden Congo-Brazzaville pertama pada masa kemerdekaannya.

Abbé Fulbert Youlou adalah salah satu tokoh paling kontroversial di Congo-Brazzaville, selama berdekade-dekade ia menjadi subyek anathema di negaranya.
