John Pearson (5 Oktober 1930 – 13 November 2021) adalah seorang penulis yang dikenal dekat dengan pencipta James Bond, Ian Fleming, di mana saat Fleming bekerja untuk London Sunday Times, ia menjadi asisten pribadi dari Fleming, dan pada 1966 ia menulis biografi dari Ian Fleming berjudul The Life of Ian Fleming.
Pada 1973, Pearson kemudian menjadi penulis salah satu buku James Bond berjudul James Bond: The Authorised Biography of 007, yang sekaligus pula menjadi biografi pertama bagi James Bond.
Sampai akhir hayatnya, Pearson hanya menuls lima novel saja:
