Pertempuran Buna–Gona adalah bagian dari kampanye Nugini di Teater Pasifik pada Perang Dunia II. Pertempuran tersebut menyusul kampanye Kokoda Track dan berlangsung dari 16 November 1942 sampai 22 Januari 1943. Pertempuran tersebut dilakukan oleh pasukan Australia dan pasukan Amerika Serikat melawan pasukan Jepang di Buna, Sanananda dan Gona. Dari sana, Jepang meluncurkan serangan ke Port Moresby.
