Qina (Arab: قنا Qane, bahasa Arab Mesir: qana) adalah kota di Kegubernuran Qina di Mesir. Kota ini terletak di Mesir Hulu, dan menuju ke timur Laut Besar sejauh 7 km. Itu disebut dengan nama Sungai Nil. Jumlah total populasinya sebanyak 3,520,179 jiwa (2021).[3]
