Mahkamah Perlembagaan Kerajaan Thailand (Bahasa Thai: ศาลรัฐธรรมนูญcode: th is deprecated , RTGS: San Ratthathammanun, disebut [sǎːn rát.tʰā.tʰām.mā.nūːn]) ialah mahkamah bebas Thailand yang dicipta oleh Perlembagaan 1997 dengan bidang kuasa ke atas keperlembagaan akta parlimen, titah diraja, draf perundangan, serta pelantikan dan penyingkiran pegawai awam dan masalah tentang parti politik. Mahkamah kini ialah sebahagian daripada cabang kehakiman kerajaan kebangsaan Thailand.
