Simon De Cuyper (Leuven, 30 oktober 1986) is een Belgisch triatleet. Hij nam eenmaal deel aan de Olympische Spelen, maar won hierbij geen medailles.

Topsport defensie

Sinds november 2013 maakt Simon deel uit van het topsportproject van Defensie. Met het statuut van militair en topsporter is het voor hem mogelijk om zich voltijds op zijn sport te concentreren en toe te werken naar topprestaties.
