Angrepet mot Bir el Hassana fant sted på Sinaihalvøya i februar 1917 under Kampene i Sinai og Palestina under første verdenskrig. Det var en mindre trefning mellom en utvidet bataljon av kamelkorpset og et dusin osmanske tropper og noen bevæpnede beduiner. Angrepet er kun verd å huske fordi det inneholdt den første britiske flymedisinske evakuering - og formentlig den første i historien.

Angrepet var det tredje av tre angrep, som ble utført av britiske tropper, som forsøkte å gjenerobre Sinaihalvøya. Tropper fra det egyptiske ekspedisjonskorpset rykket inn i den sentrale delen av Sinaihalvøya for å angripe og fordrive den siste osmanske garnisonen.
