Aurora County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Sør-Dakota. Ved folketellingen i 2010 hadde fylket 2710 innbyggere.[2] Fylket ligger 477 meter over havet.[3]
Fylket ble opprettet 1. oktober 1879 fra Cragin og Wetmor i Dakotaterritoriet og fikk fulle rettigheter (organisert) 29. august 1881.[1]
