DNK nukleotidileksotransferaza (EC 2.7.7.31, terminal dezoksiribonukleotidiltransferaza, terminal addition enzim, addase, dezoksinukleotidil terminal transferaza, dezoksiribonukleinska kiselina nukleotidiltransferaza, dezoksiribonukleinska nukleotidiltransferaza, terminal dezoksinukleotid transferaza, TdT) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom nukleozid-trifosfat:DNK dezoksinukleotidileksotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

dezoksinukleozid trifosfat + DNKn {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } difosfat + DNKn+1

Ovaj enzim katalizuje od okvira nezavisno produžavanje 3'-kraja DNK lanca.
