Stamboul Quest (sh. Potraga u Istanbulu) je američki crno-bijeli špijunski film snimljen 1934. u režiji Sama Wooda. Protagonistica, čiji lik tumači Myrna Loy, je znamenita njemačka obavještajka Mademoiselle Docteur koju 1915. godine za vrijeme Prvog svjetskog rata šalju u misiju protiv savezničkih obavještajaca u Tursku. Radnja, prikazana zbog flashbackove, prikazuje kako se prilikom misije zaljubila u mladog Amerikanca (koga tumači George Brent) i koji je stradao zbog njenih obavještajnih aktivnosti.

Stamboul Quest je bio prvi film posvećen Mademoiselle Docteur. U vrijeme snimanja njen identitet još nije bio poznat, te su se autori, slično kao i kod francuskog filma Salonique, nid d'espions tri godine kasnije, oslanjali na fikciju i urbane legende.
