Ecdysozoa (/ˌɛkdɪsoʊˈzoʊə/) là một liên ngành thuộc động vật miệng nguyên sinh (protostomia),[1] bao gồm ngành Chân đốt (các loài côn trùng, Chelicerata, Crustacea, và myriapoda), giun tròn và một số ngành khác. Được xác định lần đầu bởi Aguinaldo và cộng sự. Năm 1997, chủ yếu dựa trên cây phát sinh loài được đề xuất bằng việc sử dụng gen ribosomal RNA 18S.[2] Một nghiên cứu chặt chẽ được ủng hộ vào năm 2008 bởi Dunn et al. cho rằng Ecdysozoa như một nhánh, một nhóm bao gồm tổ tiên chung và hậu duệ của chúng.[3]
Phát sinh loài
Ecdysozoa bao gồm các ngành: Arthropoda, Onychophora, Tardigrada, Lobopodia, Kinorhyncha, Priapulida, Loricifera, Nematoda, và Nematomorpha.
