Teneur (French pronunciation: [tənœʁ] ) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France.[3]

Geography

Teneur lies 25 miles (40 km) northwest of Arras, at the junction of the D97 and D94 roads, by the banks of the river Ternoise.
