Yên Mỹ is a rural district of Hưng Yên province in the Red River Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 127,646.[1] The district covers an area of 91 km2. The district capital lies at Yên Mỹ.[1]

Yên Mỹ is subdivided into 1 town and communes, of which 16 are urban wards: Đồng Than, Giai Phạm, Hoàn Long, Liêu Xá, Lý Thường Kiệt, Minh Châu, Nghĩa Hiệp, Ngọc Long, Tân Lập (huyện lỵ), Tân Việt, Thanh Long, Trung Hòa, Trung Hưng, Việt Cường, Yên Hòa, Yên Phú.
