Zgornje Jarše (pronounced [ˈzɡóːrnjɛ ˈjàːrʃɛ];[2] German: Oberjarsche)[3] is a settlement on the right bank of the Kamnik Bistrica River north of Domžale and east of Mengeš in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.[4]
