Grand Prix Japonii 2022, oficjalnie Formula 1 Honda Japanese Grand Prix 2022[1] – osiemnasta runda Mistrzostw Świata Formuły 1 w sezonie 2022. Grand Prix odbyło się w dniach 7–9 października 2022 na torze Suzuka International Racing Course w Suzuce. Wyścig wygrał po starcie z pole position Max Verstappen (Red Bull), zapewniając sobie swój drugi tytuł mistrzowski. Na podium stanęli również Sergio Pérez (Red Bull) oraz Charles Leclerc (Ferrari).

Wyścig rozpoczął się o godzinie 14:00 czasu lokalnego 9 października 2022 r. podczas ulewnego deszczu i został przerwany czerwoną flagą na drugim okrążeniu po tym, jak kierowca Ferrari Carlos Sainz Jr. stracił kontrolę na zakręcie pierwszego okrążenia i uderzył w barierę. Pojazd ratunkowy został natychmiast wysłany, a kilku kierowców minęło ciągnik z prędkością pod podwójnie żółtymi flagami na drugim okrążeniu.

Wyścig wznowiono o 16:15 czasu lokalnego za samochodem bezpieczeństwa. Tylko dwadzieścia osiem okrążeń zostało ukończonych, zanim wyścig został skrócony z powodu przekroczenia trzygodzinnego limitu czasu.
